As an Accounts and Office Administrator, you'll handle the day-to-day financial admin which will largly be Purchase Ledger Invoicing and support the smooth running of the office. From managing invoices to keeping records up to date, this role is all about making sure everything runs like clockwork.

Description
- Process invoices and handle accounts payable (in the region of 350 Invoices per Month)
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely updates.
- Assist with payroll processing and related administrative duties.
- Prepare financial reports and share them with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Organise and maintain office records, both digital and physical.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- It is important for the organisation to bring someone on board who is equally enthusisatic about the Accounting and Office Administration duties invoiced inthe role as both aspects are very important.
Profile
A successful Accounts and Office Administrator should have:
- Experience in financial administration or a similar role.
- Undertanding of the Purchase Ledger process.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, Sage 50
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Good communication skills for liaising with team members and external contacts.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
Job Offer
- A salary of Β£28,000 to Β£32,000, dependent on the level of experience.
