Senior QS - roofing

This role is for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who will be responsible for overseeing all roofing projects. This involves assuring quality, managing costs, and ensuring that projects are completed within planned timeframes. Description Oversee all roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Manage costs, contracts, and other project-related financials. Ensure quality standards and compliance with industry regulations. Collaborate with the construction team to execute plans and meet project targets. Report project status and updates to stakeholders. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices within the department.Profile A successful Senior Quantity Surveyor' should have: A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role within the property industry. Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations. Excellent numerical and budgeting skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management software. Clean Driving Licence required Job Offer An attractive salary ranging from £67,500 to £82,500 per annum, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
