The Senior Purchasing & Planning Manager will position forms a key part of the Global Leadership Team, ensuring the end to end Supply Chain, with particular focus on Planning, Purchasing and Manufacture of the Groups' Products Range.

The role of Senior Purchasing & Planning Manager will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives.
- Oversee supply chain planning to ensure effective inventory management.
- Negotiate supplier contracts to achieve cost savings and maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align purchasing and planning processes with company goals.
- Monitor market trends and analyse data to inform purchasing decisions.
- Lead and develop the procurement team to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and supply chain functions.
A successful Senior Purchasing & Planning Manager should have:
- Manage the delivery of all Product Development activity, ensuring all new product is developed in line with Product Quality expectations and delivered to support Sales and Marketing plan.
- Oversee the Business's Planning and Purchasing function, ensuring all Inventory Management activity supports the delivery of the Business Financial, Sales and Marketing plan.
- Manage the business's 3rd Party Supply Chain, including liaising with the Business's Supply Partners to ensure OTIF is achieved, as well as Cost Savings delivered through both developing innovative methods of working and effective negotiation.
- Develop collaborative relationships with other key Business functions to drive continuous improvement and constructive partnerships supporting both the Supply Chain and Operational function.
Competitive salary ranging from £50,000 and £60,000+ package. Additional benefits including a performance bonus, and pension scheme.
