The Senior Property Surveyor will oversee the management and maintenance of a diverse property portfolio within the not-for-profit sector.

Due to continued investment in its Property Directorate, the organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Property Surveyor to provide technical leadership across complex repairs, structural defects, damp and mould investigations, and specialist property issues.

This role offers the opportunity to manage a small team of surveyors, influence service improvement initiatives, and ensure residents receive safe, compliant, and effective property solutions.
