My Client is looking for a dedicated Senior Manager of Investor Relations who will act as a liaison between the company and the investment community. The role requires a strong understanding of how to manage institutional investors.

Description

• Develop and implement strategic investor relations plans and goals.
• Communicate the company\’s performance and strategy to the investment community.
• Manage relationships with existing investors and cultivate new ones.
• Collaborate with the senior management team on financial reporting and disclosure matters.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in the energy and natural resources sector.
• Prepare investor relations materials such as annual reports, press releases, and investor presentations.
• Attend investor conferences and meetings, primarily in London.
• Ensure compliance with regulations governing investor relations.
• Build a team

Profile

A successful Senior Manager Investor Relations should have:

• A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in investor relations
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to different audiences.
