Our client is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join its London leadership team based in Uxbridge, North-West London, reporting directly to the General Counsel.

The role of Senior Legal Counsel will include
- Providing legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters within the FMCG sector.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to protect the organisation's interests.
- Advise on compliance with applicable laws and regulations, ensuring the business operates within legal boundaries.
- Manage legal risks and provide solutions to mitigate potential challenges.
- Support the business with intellectual property and data protection matters.
- Collaborate with external legal advisors when specialised expertise is required.
