Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead manufacturing improvements focusing on productivity, quality, safety and OPEX, using lean techniques, and oversee maintenance of site services and machinery.
You will manage production supervisors and cell leaders, develop and implement maintenance plans, and drive continuous improvement.
