This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to join the Human Resources team within the Education sector. The role requires expertise in HR practices, compliance, and employee relations, based in London.

A Senior HR Advisor to:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to managers and employees.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including handling grievances and disciplinary processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices in the Human Resources department.
  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.
  • Oversee performance management and staff development initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and projects.
  • Provide support and advice on organisational change and restructuring initiatives.

A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:

  • Experience within education highly desired.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
