Due to the nature of this sector, this role requires fully office-based working. Applicants looking for full-time or part-time hours can be considered. Description Working within a small HR Team, the role of Senior HR Advisor will provide first-class HR Advisory support to a wide range of stakeholders at this busy manufacturing site. This will include but not limited to: Take full responsibility for a wide range of employee relations casework, providing timely and first-class HR advice Liaise with trade unions onsite Provide data-analysis to management and leadership around the employee relations casework, assisting to identify trends Upskill lime managers to deal with people matters effectively Support with the development and implementation of new HR policies and procedures Support with other generalist HR matters as and when requirement Support the CPO with HR projects and initiatives as and when requiredProfile A successful Senior HR Advisor for this role should have: Proven experience in a HR advisory role within an industrial/manufacturing setting Experience within unionised environments Competent at dealing with a wide range of employee relations casework Comfortable working within a busy, fast-paced, changeable environmentJob Offer Up to £45000 (Full time salary) This role can consider both full-time or part-time applicants 6 months interim role with possible scope for extension/permanent Flexible hours available This role provides a superb opportunity for career development
