Working closely within the FF&E, Art Consultancy, and Interior Design to deliver a holistic approach.
Job Description
- Presenting to clients at steering committee meetings
- Managing a project efficiently, to program and budget
- Show leadership and initiative in managing projects, schedules, and project timelines
- Proactive about managing deadlines and client expectations
- Managing and briefing the graphics team on live projects, including sign-off for their project time logs
- Providing support for members within the team, delegating lower priority work and maintaining team budgeted hours
- Make recommendations for concept, design, and art direction for a variety of two- and three-dimensional graphics and signage solutions
- Ability to creatively understand the Client's brief and ensure the design is of exceptional quality
The Successful Applicant
- Ability to create and develop signage & graphics conceptual designs and drawings
- Advanced skills in full Adobe Creative Suite
- Good spatial awareness and ability to understand architectural drawings
- Ability to manage time, generate/manage schedules, and workflow of projects efficiently
- Project Management experience and familiarity with project reporting and documentation records
- Good communication skills and ability to present at a high level
- Experience in mentoring and assisting junior and middleweight designers
- Solid working knowledge of Keynote & PowerPoint
- Knowledge of FF&E Selection is desirable
- Building and growing client relationships
- Visualisation and explanation of concepts to others
- Going to site and working closely with sub-contractors and clients
- Maintaining client satisfaction and profitability in regards to all projects you are involved in
