Description

The key responsibilities of this Senior eBilling Coordinator will be:

  • Manages end‑to‑end client onboarding onto eBilling platforms, ensuring all requirements are captured, configured, and validated prior to go‑live.
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for clients during the eBilling onboarding process, managing expectations and resolving queries promptly.
  • Identifies and resolves errors or blockers during the onboarding process, escalating where appropriate to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintains comprehensive and accurate records of all onboarding activity, system configurations, and related documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Sets up and maintains accurate client billing profiles and system configurations across relevant eBilling platforms.
  • Ensures timely submission of invoices and adherence to internal deadlines.
  • Oversees the collation and submission of questionnaires, establishing a structured process to remove ambiguity around team ownership and accountability.
  • Identifies and rectifies errors in submitted invoices, providing necessary corrections with minimal guidance from senior team members.
