The Senior Demand Planner will play a pivotal role in scaling the company's global footprint. You will be instrumental in building and managing the end-to-end S&OP process, ensuring seamless integration between demand forecasting, inventory strategies, and supply chain operations to support international expansion.

Description:

  • Work with the Head of Supply Chain to develop and implement inventory planning strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
  • Drive robust demand forecasting processes to ensure accurate predictions of customer needs, reducing shortages and excess stock.
  • Lead the analysis of historical data, market trends, and business intelligence to improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Implement advanced forecasting models, including statistical analysis to refine demand predictions.
  • Establish and manage an S&OP process, ensuring alignment between sales, operations, and financial planning.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, finance, production, and supply chain teams to enhance forecasting accuracy.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and supply chain efficiency.
  • Identify risks associated with demand variability and develop mitigation strategies to enhance responsiveness.
  • Implement tools and best practices to enhance cross-border supply chain scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies regarding inventory control and forecasting.

Profile: A successful Senior Demand Planner should have:

  • Proven experience in demand planning.
  • Proficiency in demand planning tools and software, high level of proficiency in Excel required.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in forecasting tools, statistical modelling, and inventory management systems.
