Description
This is a fast-paced environment where you\βll be a critical support to the CEO and senior team β ensuring the smooth running of a busy dealership and operational site.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of day-to-day operations across Finance/Admin, Asset Management, Workshop, Sales, and Service.
- Drive efficiency and performance within the workshop and dealership.
- Ensure customer experience is well-managed across walk-ins, marketing leads, and auction activity.
- Balance cost control, efficiency, and quality β making processes practical, quick, and effective.
- Act as the \βNo.2\β to the CEO, freeing them up to focus on projects and strategy.
