This role is for a Senior CRM Officer who is adept at managing and maintaining customer relationship management systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving the marketing strategies and enhancing customer experiences. Client Details Our client is a large, prestigious University known for its commitment to academic excellence. With a staff of over 2,500 and a student body of more than 25,000, they pride themselves on their robust faculty and diverse, dynamic student population. Description The successful Senior CRM Officer will have the following responsibilities: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of CRM systems. Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer experience. Work with the marketing team to utilise CRM for marketing strategies. Ensure the CRM systems are up-to-date and accurate at all times. Monitor CRM trends and suggest improvements. Train team members on CRM usage and best practices. Report on CRM system usage and effectiveness. Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the CRM system is functioning optimally.Profile A successful Senior CRM Officer should have: Proven experience in a CRM role, preferably in the educational sector. Expertise in CRM systems and customer segmentation. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
