We are seeking a dedicated Senior Brand Manager who can successfully lead our FMCG marketing department towards achieving strategic objectives and brand visibility. This role will manage a small team, and drive the brand development, performance and activation across the UK and Ireland. Providing hybrid working, 2 days per week from offices in Middlesex, West London.

Description

The successful Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading and implementing effective marketing strategies
  • Ensuring brand consistency across various channels
  • Communicating with key stakeholders on brand initiatives
  • Analysing market trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align brand objectives
  • Creating and managing budget plans
  • Coordinating with agencies for promotional activities
  • Monitoring and reporting on brand performance

Profile

A successful Senior Brand Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in brand management within the FMCG industry
  • Strong leadership abilities, experience leading a small team.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A creative mindset with a strong focus on market trends
  • Commercial skills, including budget management.

Job Offer

A competitive salary of around 70,000 and the opportunity to lead a small team, working for an established FMCG brand.
