We are seeking a dedicated Senior Brand Manager who can successfully lead our FMCG marketing department towards achieving strategic objectives and brand visibility. This role will manage a small team, and drive the brand development, performance and activation across the UK and Ireland. Providing hybrid working, 2 days per week from offices in Middlesex, West London. Description The successful Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for: Leading and implementing effective marketing strategies Ensuring brand consistency across various channels Communicating with key stakeholders on brand initiatives Analysing market trends and competitor activities Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align brand objectives Creating and managing budget plans Coordinating with agencies for promotional activities Monitoring and reporting on brand performance Profile A successful Senior Brand Manager should have: Proven experience in brand management within the FMCG industry Strong leadership abilities, experience leading a small team. Excellent communication and organisational skills A creative mindset with a strong focus on market trends Commercial skills, including budget management.
