Description
As Senior Asset & Repairs Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Lead and manage the Property Services team, ensuring effective performance and support.
- Oversee procurement and management of property-related contracts, ensuring compliance and value for money.
- Ensure resident homes meet health, safety, and Decent Homes standards, including compliance with all legislation.
- Manage responsive repairs, planned works, and major improvement projects.
- Oversee building safety, fire safety, and compliance with the Building Safety Act.
- Maintain accurate property data and implement a data-driven investment programme.
- Develop and manage asset management and repairs budgets, ensuring financial oversight.
- Monitor and report KPIs to demonstrate service effectiveness and resident satisfaction.
