Description
- Prepare statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
- Assist with and prepare management accounts for a varied client base
- Prepare and review corporation tax returns and support personal tax compliance
- Support bookkeeping processes and review work using cloud accounting softwarel iaise directly with clients, acting as a day‑to‑day point of contact
- Respond to client queries and provide clear, practical accounting support
- Review work prepared by junior staff and provide guidance where required
- Support managers and partners with ad hoc accounting and advisory projects
- Ensure work is completed accurately and in line with agreed deadlines
Profile
- Part‑qualified or qualified ACA / ACCA (or equivalent)
- Experience gained within an accountancy practice environment
- Strong grounding in statutory accounts preparation
- Exposure to corporation tax and basic personal tax compliance
- Confident communicator with the ability to deal directly with clients
- Organised, proactive, and keen to continue developing professionally
