We\’re hiring a Salesforce Project Manager to lead the delivery of Phase 1 of a major Salesforce implementation for a London-based charity. The project is already in motion and requires a hands-on PM to take ownership through to go-live by the end of August. Phase 2 may follow, offering the potential for ongoing involvement.

Description
The successful Salesforce Project Manager will:

Take ownership of Phase 1 of the Salesforce implementation, ensuring delivery by end of August

Manage the relationship with the implementation partner and internal stakeholders

Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables

Oversee UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution

Manage project risks, issues, and change requests
-
Run project governance, reporting, and status updates to senior stakeholders
-
Align Salesforce capabilities with charity operational needs
-
Ensure data migration and integrations are fit for purpose

Lead stakeholder workshops and user engagement sessions
-
Liaise with technical teams to ensure solution integrity
-
Track budget and ensure delivery within cost constraints
-
Document project progress and outcomes for audit and future phases
-
Contribute to post-implementation review and optimisation planning

Collaborate with CRM and fundraising teams to ensure successful adoption

Prepare groundwork for potential Phase 2 scoping and delivery
Profile
The successful Salesforce Project Manager will possess:

Proven experience of delivering Salesforce CRM implementations

Strong project management skills, ideally in a charity or not-for-profit context

Experience of working with external implementation partners

Knowledge of fundraising, marketing, or supporter engagement processes

Confidence leading workshops and managing diverse stakeholders

Risk, issue, and change management skills

Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery approaches

Excellent communication and reporting skills

Comfort working with tight deadlines and fixed deliverables

Immediately availability or able to start within 1-2 weeks
Job Offer
500 – 550 per day dependent on experience
This role is outside IR35 and will be delivered via our PageConsulting business
The successful candidate must be able and willing to travel to London infrequently
