Michael Page have partnered with a reputable manufacturing business in Bradford. The business are looking for a Sales Order Processor to join their team on a permanent Basis. Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for customers and handling their orders from start to finish.
  • Provide quotations whilst taking orders and processing onto the system, ensuring excellent support and guidance, handling queries and delivering the highest standard of service to create the best customer experience.
  • Correspond with customers over the phone, email and chat and ensure these queries are actioned within service level agreements.
  • Perform any administrative tasks required for the department.

  • Previous customer service / sales order processing experience.
  • Exceptional communication and a confident telephone manner.
