We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Sales and Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our Accounting & Finance team in Leeds. The successful candidate will handle various tasks related to sales and purchase ledgers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Description
  • Processing invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Managing both the sales and purchase ledgers.
  • Resolving any discrepancies in invoices and payments.
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Communicating with internal departments and external suppliers.
  • Supporting the wider Accounting & Finance team as required.
