We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Mechanical Engineer to join a unique, exciting company in St. Albans. The successful candidate will be working in an ever changing, fast-paced environment, repairing company equipment on a frequent basis.
This opportunity is with a well-established organisation within their industry. As a medium-sized company, they have a strong presence in their market and are committed to delivering excellence.
Description:
- Supporting with the upkeep & repair of bespoke company equipment
- Opportunity to strip equipment down & re-build parts - Mechanical
- Fabricate new parts
- Working in a small team of Engineers - including Design & Drawing/Electronics
- Bringing own ideas to the team to improve engineering output
Mon - Fri - 08:00-17:00 - 40 hr week
Profile:
- You will ideally be an experienced Fabricator/Mechanical Engineer, however, my client are open to experience levels, as well as:
- A recognised Engineering qualification
- Proficiency in machining parts
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in the industry.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
