The SAP Finance & Controlling Team Lead will oversee the delivery and management of SAP finance and controlling modules within a complex industrial/manufacturing environment. This role requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills to drive analytics and system improvements.

Description

The SAP Finance & Controlling Team Lead will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Lead the SAP Finance & Controlling team to implement and maintain SAP solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design system enhancements.
  • Ensure the integration of SAP finance and controlling modules with other systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
  • Develop and execute project plans for system upgrades and new implementations.
  • Monitor system performance and address any issues promptly.
  • Deliver training and support to end-users to maximise system utilisation.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Profile

A successful SAP Finance & Controlling Team Lead should have:

  • Proven expertise in SAP finance and controlling modules.
  • Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector or a similar field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyse and solve complex technical problems.

Job Offer

We are based in Runcorn and operate a hybrid working policy (3 days on site), this role would be ideal for anyone commuting from the Liverpool, South Manchester, Chester & Crewe areas. We have parking available and operate flexible working hours. In addition we also offer:
