Michael Pare are exclusively supporting a brilliant business in the Rugby area in their search for a Finance Business Partner. Our client is an established manufacturing business in Rugby and looking to add a Finance Business Partner to their team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team in a commercially focused finance role. The successful Finance Business Partner will work closely with operational stakeholders to support with influencing business decisions.
The successful Finance Business Partner will have worked in a similar position and be qualified (CIMA / ACCA) or working towards their qualification. This role would suit someone who is looking to develop their commercial finance and business partnering experience in a manufacturing environment in Rugby.
Description
Finance Business Partner:
- Partnering with operational and commercial teams to provide financial support
- Produce and present monthly management information
- Supporting with budgeting and forecasting
- Provide detailed analysis of financial and operational performance
- Investigate variances against budget and forecast
- Developing KPIs and reporting
- Supporting cost control
- Provide financial modelling
- Additional duties to be confirmed
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A solid background in accounting and finance, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Be qualified (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) or be working towards an Accounting qualification
- Experience in a commercial finance role or working in a position which includes Business Partnering.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
- Familiarity with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Job Offer
Salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000. Permanent position based in Rugby. Additional benefits to be confirmed.
