The predicted salary is between 200 - 225 £ per hour.

This tech giant with hundreds of stores globally is seeking a Retail Development Coordinator to help maintain accurate administration, liaise with multiple departments and facilitate meetings to ensure the smooth running of projects to launch new sites. The role is a 12-month contract, at which point it will be extended for a further 12 months or made permanent. You will work in London 3 days a week in beautiful, state of the art offices.

As the Retail Development Coordinator, you will be:

  • Providing assistance to the development team and proactively seeking ways to streamline daily processes and procedures.
  • Creating and maintaining project files digitally at the corporate office to ensure compliance with company policy and procedures.
  • Communicating between multiple departments and coordinating internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinating the preparation and assembly of development, construction submission and permitting documents for presentations and meetings.
  • Communicating with the Corporate head office to schedule meetings, approvals and updates.
  • Having basic knowledge of construction and timelines.
  • Coordinating construction and development contracts for approvals, payment, onboarding and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks such as calendar management, travel arrangements, report documentation and compliance reporting.
  • Proactively seeking ways to streamline daily processes and procedures.
  • Providing support as required on multiple development projects.
  • General office administration.
  • Setting up vendors, following company procedures and following through to the end of a project closure.

A successful Retail Development Coordinator should have:

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel.
  • Construction project experience would be advantageous.
  • Excellent team working ability.

Daily rate of £200-225 per day with scope to be kept on long term.
