Coordinate schedules for property repair and maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate records of ongoing and completed works. Communicate effectively with contractors and service providers. Respond to queries and provide updates on repair progress. Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures. Support the property department with general administrative tasks. Profile A successful Repairs Administrator should have: Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
