Client Details This company operates within the industrial and manufacturing industry and is based in Redditch. Description The Accounts Assistant will; Manage and monitor customer credit accounts to ensure timely payments. Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records. Assist with reconciliations and resolving discrepancies. Support the preparation of financial reports and statements. Communicate with customers regarding overdue accounts and payment plans. Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and efficiency. Handle queries and provide assistance with general accounting tasks. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.Profile A successful Accounts Assistant should have: Experience in credit control and general accounting tasks. A good understanding of financial processes and practices. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
