As a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page, you will:

We\’re looking for individuals with:
- 12 months+ experience in a commercial sales role, with a proven record of managing high-value accounts and delivering exceptional results in specialist or professional sectors.
- Demonstrable business development skills, including a proactive and strategic approach to client acquisition and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, coupled with a consultative mindset that aligns with both client and candidate priorities.
- Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to inspire and lead others in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
