We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic Reading team. This client-facing role offers a fast-paced environment where you will build and manage a portfolio of clients and candidates, helping businesses solve hiring challenges and supporting candidates in shaping their careers.

- Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates.
