We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic Reading team. Profile
  • 12+ months experience within either recruitment (360 consultant) or an SDR role, with strong sales and business acumen, confident in Business Development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commercial mindset.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • A proactive, team-player attitude with a competitive edge.
