We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join a reputable Law firm on a part-time basis. This role requires excellent organisational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional front-of-house service.

A major international law firm known for complex commercial work, strong dispute-resolution capabilities, and a large global network. It advises major organisations on high-value transactions, regulatory issues, and litigation, with a reputation for technical depth and cross-border expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and organised environment.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure they are prepared for use.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support various departments.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs as required.
  • Work collaboratively with the secretarial and business support teams.

A successful Receptionist should have:

  • Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role within a Law firm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
