Michael Page is partnering with a growing UK technology business to appoint an HR Business Partner. Based in Reading, the role covers ER, performance management, OD, and employment legislation for ~120 UK employees.

It is an onsite role with 4 days in Reading and 1 day in Newbury, supporting managers and driving people initiatives. You will partner with leaders to deliver HR solutions, manage complex ER cases, and support organisational change while staying abreast of UK employment law and best
