As a Senior Tax Manager, you'll oversee tax compliance and reporting processes, ensuring the business meets its obligations efficiently. This role is key to maintaining smooth operations within the industry.

Description

• Lead and oversee international and corporate tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Prepare and review quarterly tax provisions, including current and deferred tax calculations.
• Support tax reporting requirements under both US GAAP and IFRS frameworks.
• Review tax returns and associated calculations prepared by external advisers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with Pillar Two, Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), Transfer Pricing, and broader international tax matters.
• Collaborate closely with teams across the business.
• Drive improvements in tax processes and reporting.

Profile

A successful Senior Tax Manager will have:

• Proven experience in international tax compliance and reporting, ideally within technology or telecommunications.
• A recognised professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA.
• Strong knowledge of tax legislation and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• The ability to oversee complex tax matters while delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships internally and externally.

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £85,000 to £95,000.
• Permanent role in the Thames Valley.
