Description:
- Process customer orders accurately and manage order amendments in a timely manner
- Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, ensuring prompt resolution
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate delays or stock issues
- Maintain accurate records within internal systems and update trackers regularly
- Support sales teams with reporting, data analysis, and administrative tasks
- Assist with invoicing queries and liaise with finance where required

Profile:
- Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or coordination role
