Description Key Responsibilities Welcoming visitors and maintaining a professional front-of-house presence Booking and coordinating meeting rooms Preparing refreshments, including teas and coffees for guests and meetings Managing a shared reception email inbox Receiving and distributing incoming post Handling and signing for occasional deliveries Providing general administrative support as required Ensuring reception and communal areas remain presentable and organised Profile About You We are looking for someone who: Has previous reception, front-of-house or administration experience Is confident, friendly and highly professional Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively Is proactive and comfortable working independently Takes pride in providing excellent customer service Job Offer What We Offer Friendly and professional working environment Modern office setting in Reading Hourly pay ranging from £14.00 to £15.00 p/hr, dependent on the level of experience.
