We are seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join a school in Reading on a temporary basis to cover maternity, 1 day per week. This role requires a professional with expertise in human resources to support key HR operations effectively.
You will be joining a collaborative, hard-working team of educators and administrative staff at a local school in Reading. The school has 30 members of staff and provides education for 300 students, with a specialism in STEM, as part of a wider trust. You will be standalone for HR based at the campus, but will have the support of a wider group HR function. The HR Officer will:
