Description:
- Prepare and evaluate cost estimates for works, materials, and services.
- Manage commercial relationships with clients, ensuring variations and changes are agreed.
- Produce accurate cost-to-complete and value forecasts, reporting variances promptly.
- Review contract terms and highlight risks and obligations to the delivery team.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, legal, and client requirements.
