  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Develop strong relationships with external suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve business goals.
  • Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for cost-saving and innovation
  • Collaborate with internal teams regarding new menu launches.
