This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well known business in the local area (Edwinstowe) who have a nationwide presence. The company offers a supportive working environment and are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team as soon as possible to support the Purchase Ledger team. This is an office based role based in Edwinstowe.
Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate data entry into the ledger system.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare payment runs and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth month-end processes.
- Maintain accurate records and support audit requirements.
