- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Addressing challenges that arise during project execution and making critical decisions to keep projects on track and within scope.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Engaging with various departments and team members to leverage diverse expertise and resources for project success.
- Process Improvement: Driving innovation and process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities: Engaging with Line Managers and technical teams to identify and prioritise projects impacting operational performance. - Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring assigned technical and engineering projects.
Profile:
- Proficiency in project management principles and tools. Broad understanding of other engineering disciplines.
- Strong understanding of H&S regulations permits and risk assessments.
- Working knowledge of computerised maintenance management systems.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management/maintenance supervision preferably within a 24/7 continuous industrial process environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, leadership, logical, adaptability, and conflict resolution skills.
