We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team in the Transport & Distribution industry. The ideal candidate will excel in managing logistics, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring project deadlines are met. Client Details This established business is a large growing organisation within the Transport & Distribution industry. With a primary focus in warehousing, the company has a presence across various locations in the UK. Description Manage and oversee logistics projects within the company Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth project progression Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved Create and deliver comprehensive project reports Evaluate and assess the results of a project Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths Ensure health, safety, and environmental policies are adhered to Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholdersProfile A successful Project Manager should have: A degree in a relevant field such as Business, Management, or Logistics OR be qualified by experience Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Transport & Distribution industry Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Proficiency in project management methodologies (Prince2, PMP) Previous experience of managing new DC builds and infrastructure changes, Strong client-facing and internal communication skills Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilitiesJob Offer An estimated salary range of £70,000 – £80,000 GBP per annum A car allowance as part of the benefits package A chance to be part of a large organisation in the Transport & Distribution industry A positive and supportive company culture that values employee growth and development The opportunity to work in Lincolnshire building a new key locationWe believe in giving our employees the tools and resources to keep them healthy, wealthy, and wise.
