Our client is looking for a Project Administrator β 2 years at least Client Details A leader in their field Description Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, organising meetings and maintaining office systems Manage project documentation, ensuring that all documents are properly stored, organised and accessible Maintain accurate records, databases and filing systems to ensure information is easily retrievable Support in the co-ordination of events, meetings and appointments for the team Collaborate with other teams across the business to enhance workflows, improve efficiency and increase customer satisfaction Work closely with the site team to ensure smooth coordination between office and field activitiesProfile Proven experience in an administrative role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, able to manage various tasks and priorities efficiently High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to resolve issues quicklyJob Offer A competitive salary and excellent benefits package
