- Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax and employment laws.
- Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date payroll records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Assist with audits and provide payroll-related documentation as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Stay informed about changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary updates.
Profile
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
- Proven experience managing payroll processes and a payroll team.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant legislation.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Job Offer
- Salary between Β£50,000 to Β£60,000 dependent upon experience.
- Interim role for 3 months initially.
