Michael Page is seeking an HR Business Partner on a 6‑month FTC to provide hands‑on HR support across three sites in Newcastle and the North West. You will report to the Head of HR and work within a UK‑wide HR team, advising on employee relations and workforce planning.
You will lead the setup of the HR function at the newly acquired site, partner with site leaders, analyse HR metrics, and drive engagement, retention, and change initiatives to improve business performance.
