Description: Operational responsibilities include covering breaks, operating production machinery, assembling product and pallet release duties. Conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and refurbishing offline machinery. Attending to electro-mechanical faults, diagnosing and repairing. Ensuring all manufacturing equipment is set up and produces product according to standards. Monitoring in-process quality, addressing issues as needed to prevent product holds. Ensuring the minimisation of downtime within planned costs for repair and spares.

Profile: You will be an experienced Engineer, ideally from a Manufacturing background, along with:

  • Qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering (e.g: C&G, HND) or a time served apprenticeship.
  • Experience in a high volume, highly automated manufacturing environment would be beneficial.
  • Experience in maintenance and fault finding.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team player.
