As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of safer gambling practices within the organisation. This opportunity is with a medium sized company in the business services industry, known for its commitment to upholding compliance standards and delivering excellent customer service. Due to continued growth, they are currently recruiting for a newly created Customer Service Agent role to join their Compliance team on a permanent basis. The role is based in St Albans, and requires candidates who are flexible to work on evenings and weekends between 11am - 7pm or 12pm - 8pm.
