Our client is looking for a Planned Maintenance Manager to lead the delivery of planned maintenance and investment programmes across their housing stock in Manchester. The key responsibility of the role will be managing a team of Asset Surveyors and contractors completing the works, ensuring delivery is on time and in line with specifications.
