My client is a successful property organisation based in Edgbaston, Birmingham who are looking for a Personal Assistant to support their team.

Description

  • Manage and coordinate the schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO and chairman.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
  • Support the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment as needed.
