Managing a moderate ER caseload (typically 7-8 cases concurrently), with a focus on complex, policy led matters rather than high risk cases.
- Providing ER advice, case management and consultation support to managers.
- Coaching and guiding managers who require close support and reassurance.
- Supporting pay and grading change processes (activity already in progress).
- Advising on organisational restructures, skills changes and business case development.
- Supporting an estates move, including a London Zone 1 office relocation.
