The client is a UK wide public body operating in a regulated professional environment, with a clear mandate to protect the public and uphold professional standards. It is values driven, policy led and works within a complex regulatory framework, currently undergoing organisational change and team restructures to support effective and efficient delivery.

Managing a moderate ER caseload (typically 7-8 cases concurrently), with a focus on complex, policy led matters rather than high risk cases.

  • Providing ER advice, case management and consultation support to managers.
  • Coaching and guiding managers who require close support and reassurance.
  • Supporting pay and grading change processes (activity already in progress).
  • Advising on organisational restructures, skills changes and business case development.
  • Supporting an estates move, including a London Zone 1 office relocation.
