They are seeking an experienced People Partner to join the team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, playing a key role in supporting leaders, driving employee engagement and delivering people‑focused initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide expert advice and coaching across a broad range of people matters, including employee relations, organisational change, workforce planning and talent development.

- Building strong, credible relationships with managers across your directorates.
- Providing expert people advice, coaching and guidance on a range of employee relations and people matters.
- Supporting workforce planning, talent development, succession planning and engagement initiatives.
- Helping implement key People projects and organisational change programmes.
- Using data and insight to identify trends and drive improvements in people performance and experience.
- Working collaboratively across the wider People team to deliver a consistent and high‑quality service.
