- Prepare and review financial reports to give colleagues a clear view of business performance.
- Maintain effective finance processes that support consistent reporting across the business.
- Review financial data, identify variances and provide clear explanations for key movements.
- Work closely with the Accounting & Finance department to deliver reliable management information.
- Manage the preparation of budgets and forecasts to support planning and decision-making.
- Improve finance reporting processes where practical, helping to make information easier to use.
- Provide clear financial insight to support the wider retail operation in Pembroke Dock.
Profile
A successful 'Controller' should have:
- Strong experience in financial control and management reporting.
- Ability to review financial data, investigate variances and explain findings clearly.
- Experience preparing budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
- Confidence producing accurate financial reports for business stakeholders.
- Good understanding of finance processes and how they support reliable reporting.

Job Offer
- Permanent Controller position based in Pembroke Dock.
- Salary of £55,000 to £70,000, dependent on the level of experience.
